Welcome to Hjulio. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Service

Hjulio is a digital platform connecting car dealers and private individuals for buying, selling, and managing vehicles. The service is provided by Hjulio AB (reg. no. 5595024299).

2. Account and Login

Login is done via Microsoft SSO, email/password, or email authentication. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity occurring through it.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the service lawfully, not spread false information, not use the service for fraudulent purposes, and to respect other users' rights.

4. Content

You are responsible for all content you publish. Hjulio AB reserves the right to remove content violating these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hjulio AB is not liable for losses from user transactions, service interruptions beyond our control, or damages caused by third parties.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time via support@hjul.io. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be heard by Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance and exclusive venue.

9. Severability, language versions, and waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force (severability). In case of conflict between language versions, the Swedish text prevails. Hjulio AB’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
